Cancellation Policy
At Nara Aesthetics, your time and experience matter. Please review our studio policies before booking any service. 📌 Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit goes toward your final service total. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. ⏰ Rescheduling & Cancellations Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in loss of your deposit. No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may not be allowed to rebook. 🚫 No Guests or Children To maintain a calm, focused environment, no guests or children are allowed in the treatment room unless pre-approved. ⌛ Late Arrivals Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may need to reschedule. Late arrivals are considered cancellations and may result in loss of deposit. ⚠️ Health & Safety If you are sick, recently unwell, or experiencing skin issues near the treatment area, please reach out before your appointment. Your safety comes first. 📎 Touch-Ups Touch-up schedules and pricing vary by service. Touch-ups booked outside the recommended window may be charged as new services. 💳 Payment Methods We accept cash, Zelle, and most major credit cards.
